Pastry is an art form, and one not to be taken lightly. At Pie Eyed, we use our own recipe all butter shortcrust pastry perfected over many years of pie eating. After all, it would be a shame to go to such efforts to create such delicious fillings without a lovely pastry to encase it. All our meat and veg for the fillings is sourced locally, all from people who pride themselves on quality. No additives, no nonsense, just proper tasty stuff. Don’t take our word for us, take theirs!
